Sweet Vineyards started from a bakery called the Italian Cookie House that was a successful retail bakery in NC that relocated to Long Island, NY. Once back to the area most known for its vineyards, we decided to bridge the worlds of sweet indulgence with the sophistication of the vineyards. It was natural to infuse these fabulous flavors to create a line for the more diverse and sophisticated palate. After several years of R&D, the right flavor blends were developed to provide the intense flavor needed to make a unique and flavorful product starting with Cocktail Biscotti and then Wine and Tea Biscotti. In 2016, Sweet Vineyards was born. The concept behind the product line is using real ingredients to render a product unique in the flavoring and presentation. A blend of flavors are specifically chosen for each product and is carefully infused to give each biscotti its incredible flavor. **Flavors are blends of baking extracts and emulsions . ***
